About Us:

Zomi Innkuan USA, Inc. (ZIUSA) is a non-profit organization founded in March 2005 that promotes , supports and advocates for co-existence and development of the Zomi people. ZIUSA is incorporated in the State of Oklahoma and exempt from Federal Income Tax as a Public Charity of IRS Section 501(c) 3, with EIN # 26-4145898. ZIUSA has a Special Consultative Status with United Nations Economic and Social Council since July 2014.

Zomi Innkuan USA Inc (ZIUSA) is a community based non-profit organization founded in 2005 that promotes, supports and          advocates for co-existence, development and the rights of Zomi ethnic in the United States.

Zomi Innkuan USA Inc (ZIUSA) is an umbrella an organization which is composed of (49) domestic or local Zomi Innkuan organizations that serve more than eleven thousand of Zomi ethnics across the United States.

The Congress (aka Innpi) is formed by representatives and delegates from each domestic or local Zomi Innkuan Organization. Each Zomi Innkuan Organization can elect a representative equally and delegates based on their membership.

Our Board of Directors are responsible for governing the organization by setting out strategic programs and plans; serving on committees as necessary; approving annual budget; and appointing, monitoring and reviewing the performance of the Executive Officers.

Our Executive Officers are appointed by Board of Directors. They are responsible for executing programs, plans and projects approved by the Board of Directors and administering day-to-day business of the Organization.

Zomi Innkuan USA was incorporated and registered as a not for profit organization in the State of Oklahoma in 2008. Zomi Innkuan USA Inc. was granted Federal Income Tax Exempt Status per Section 501(c)3 of Internal Revenue Service of the United States in 2009, with an EIN #26-4145898.

Zomi Innkuan USA, Inc. is in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council since 2014.

Our Objectives

1. To create and promote a sense of cooperation integration and unity among the Zomi people.

2. To organize the people to work for the welfare, betterment, promotion and progress of the Zomi community.

3. To preserve, protect and safeguard for all cultural, traditional heritages and the associated sense of our Zomi identity.

Our Missions:

To implement programs required for the fulfillment of our people needs by providing resources, benevolent support and services.
